Where To Start

Upload all your products to save time. Add new items on the fly or have us import your product list. If you are integrated with the QuickFlora POS all your products will be here already.

Next, create a custom template. Use one of our default templates or you may choose to work with your website developer or marketing team to create a branded template for your shop. See Using the WYSIWYG Editor  to learn more.

Default Templates and Creating Custom Templates

Find your default templates or create your new template here:

Proposals> New Template

Creating Proposals Using Templates

Select New Proposal, enter details and select the Template you wish to use.

Edit the proposal using the WYSIWYG editor and save your changes (Page 7).

*Leave the Item Table (Product Details) blank. Items will populate from the corresponding Event Worksheet (see Create Event Worksheet ).

Create Event Worksheet

What is the Event Worksheet?

The event worksheet allows you to add all products, drill down on each item and create a recipe list, and add all delivery venue information.

*If eVenta is integrated with your POS, and once the proposal is accepted, an order (from the Event Worksheet) is created in the system.

Events> Event Worksheet

Add Items To Your Worksheet

Open your event worksheet and scroll down to the Event Items section. Type the product name into the search field to add to your worksheet.

*The Event Items field from the worksheet will populate the Items Table from your template, to the corresponding proposal. Any changes or additions to the items for your event will update on the proposal.

Download or Email Your Proposal

Once you’ve completed the proposal for your client you can download a PDF version to print or email, or email the proposal directly from eVenta.

Accepting Proposals

Once a client signs the proposal you can ‘Accept’ the proposal in eVenta.

If eVenta is integrated with your QuickFlora POS, once you accept the proposal, an order will be created in the system.

The system creates an order as well as a customer House Account. This order can now be seen in your POS Order List, Production screen and Delivery Manager.
