QuickFlora uses a special type of enclosure card form that can be ordered from any printer. The cards is perforated in the middle to detach a separate delivery card that can be used for multiple purposes. These forms print on most standard laser printers (ink jets and multifunction printers are not suggested).

The printer specifications for quotes are as follows:
- 8 ½” x 11” final size
- Printed color one side
- Two scores
- One laser perforation
- Non-wax inks
- 60lb cover paper stock will work on most laser printers.
- HP P2055 is suggested for black and white laser printing (from the manual bypass tray)
- Brothers Model HLL5100DN Business Laser Printer with Networking and Duplex
