Email confirmations for orders, deliveries, or vendors can be set up at:
System Set Up > Company Setup > Email Confirmations
There is a WYSIWYG editor (text editor to edit contents) that allows you to merge database fields into email confirmations. Emails must be checked as “active” before the system will send them out.
You can also verify all emails sent at:
System Logs > Email Logs
In addition, email confirmations for orders can be “resent” by using the envelope icon on the “orders” page.
