Register and Verify your Company Email

14th November, 2018: New QuickFlora Mail Server Upgrade    

Please note, as of Monday November 19th, all emails used for outbound use (order confirmations, proposals, delivery confirmations, etc) must be pre-registered and verified in your system.

If the email is not registered, many ISP’s and service providers will block these emails and/or mark them as spam.

Please take the time to update your approved email send list in QuickFlora prior to Monday to ensure uninterrupted email notifications.

You can update your emails by login in your Quickflora Admin or POS module.

In the Admin module navigate to “System Setup -> Company Setup -> Email Information”. Please enter any emails and Click “Save” to confirm emails.

 

In the POS module navigate to “Support -> Email Information”. Please enter any emails and Click “Save” to confirm emails.

 

You will receive an email from “Amazon Web Services” on all the email addresses specified above. Please click on the first link in that email/follow the instructions in that email to complete the process.
