Login in QuickFlora Admin/Back Office then Click on “Customers” tab on the top and then click on “Merge Customers” link.

In First box enter Customer ID of main customer which you want to keep in system. Then click on Search button to get that customer information.

In Second box enter Customer ID of duplicate customer whom you want to delete and copy all his/her transactions to main customer. Then click on Search button to get that customer information.

Please verify all info are correct for both customers before proceeding  as once you click on Merge link, system will transfer all transactions of duplicate accounts to main account and will DELETE the duplicate customer from the system.

Once all information is verified please click on “Click To Merge” and system will merge duplicate accounts transactions into Main account and will show confirmation message at the bottom
