How do you process a total refund in QF?

If order is credit card order then hit cancel button on order list page. System will issue full refund in customer's credit card.

How do you process a partial refund in QF?

If order is credit card order then edit order, change order amount and hit "Book Order" button, system will full refund old order amount and will charge new order amount.
