How do I Cancel an Order?
Pleaselogin into your POS module and in left hand menu go as follows:
Order --> Order List Page
On that page you will see your all POS orders. Click on cancel link to cancel that specific order.
When you hit Cancel button, system shows an alert message as warning and asks for your confirmation, click on OK button to proceed.
On the next screen please enter cancellation reason and employee name and hit "Confirm for order cancel" button.
If order cancellation is successul then system will show message "Order cancelled successfully". You can print cancel receipt y hitting "Print to receipt printer".
Click on "Back" buttonto go back to order list page.
Once order is cancelled, system will update order status to "Cancelled".
