How do I review new orders in QuickFlora to release them?

In your POS module on the left hand menu go to:

Orders >> Orders Review List

There you can see all your Website/Cart Orders to review BEFORE they are visible on pick and delivery screens.




Please select those orders which you wish to update as “reviewed” then click on “Mark order reviewed”.

Once order is marked as reviewed system will show message “Order Marked Reviewed Successfully”.

If orders are marked “Reviewed” successfully those orders will disappear from Review List and you can see those orders on Pick screen and Delivery Manager.


If it is House Account order then that saves as on Hold and “Not Booked”, please review those orders by edit/preview and once done, you can select those house account orders and click on “Un Hold and Booked”.

Once House Account orders are unhold, those will be automatically marked as reviewed. At that point those orders will be released from hold and marked as booked and you can see those orders on Pick screen and Delivery Manager.
