Where do I find a delivery confirmation?
From your POS dashboard go to the “Orders” tab and then to “Orders List.”
Your most current orders will be listed at the top, or you can search orders by date or customer name.
Under the “Order Status” column you will be able to see if an order has shipped or been delivered.
You can also click on the “Sig,” or Signature column to get your Proof of Delivery.
Once you click here a new window will open with your Proof of Delivery. This includes delivery date and time, recipient signature, and the product image.
